About Dianne

How long have you been doing what you do, and why did you become a DivaStyle Consultant?

I've been an entrepreneur since the year 2000 - I wanted to be free to express every aspect of who I truly was through my visual Image and my verbal expression - to not be restricted by what my job title said, or what my industry expected.

I wanted to use my knowledge to empower women to boost their self-esteem and self-confidence - giving them the tools to combat the conflicting messages society gives women on a daily basis.

We've all heard them:
* You're too tall / too short / too fat / too thin/ you talk too much / you're too quiet / you're not good enough / you're not smart enough / you're too smart...

I wanted to empower others

I wasn't "born this way" - it took time, tears, study, work, and deep learning on how to tap into the authentic ME that lies within - and to stop holding myself back because of a lack of self-esteem and self-confidence, and not knowing how to show the authentic ME to the world.

I was sick and tired of walking through store after store, looking for clothes that represented the TRUE me - and finding no answers.

It took time to figure out how to create and manifest the Dynamic, Intriguing, Vivacious and Authentic ME - from nose to toes!

My heart's desire is to inspire and provide the tools for women to create and manifest their own unique version of DIVAStyle.

Who Inspires You?

I'm inspired by strong, beautiful, intelligent and FABULOUS women like author, actress, comedienne, social media consultant and video blogger Franchesca (Chescaleigh / Chescalocs) Ramsey.

Franchesca Ramsey is unapologetically Authentic - she speaks her mind, lives a Dynamic, Intriguing, Vivacious and Authentic (DIVAStyle) life, and uses her platform to educate, to inspire and to challenge people.

If you hadn't figured it out yet - I'm a definite fan...she inspires me because she's never standing in one place - she continues to evolve, to get stronger, to learn, and to raise issues in conversation that some might feel uncomfortable with, but are so necessary.
